Highlander Wood Briquette Pini Kay Hardwood – is a solid biofuel from wood raw materials (shavings, wood chips), which are produced by pressing wood waste products under high pressure when heated from 200 to 350◦С on specialized production lines. Wood briquettes – Highlander Wood Briquette Pini Kay Hardwood are made in the form of an irregular octagon with a circle diameter up to 76 mm and a cylindrical whole in the middle with diameter of 25 mm, 200-300 mm in length. Externally, briquettes pini kay are covered with a crust of dark color due to the burning of the surface.

Briquettes do not include any binders, except one – lignin, which is a natural substance contained in plant waste cells and, when pressed, favors the surface of briquettes, which makes it stronger. As a matter of fact, Highlander Wood Briquettes Pini Kay Hardwood are widely used and can be used as fuel for all types of solid fuel burners and boilers.

Solid biofuel – Highlander Wood Briquette Pini Kay can be delivered to different parts of the world: by trucks to European countries and by sea in containers across the world.

The standard pallet consists of 96 sacks of 10 kg and has the following dimension: length 120 cm, width 80 cm, height 145 cm. Stored and delivered always in covered means of transportation so there is no influence of rain, UV etc. 

Depending on the type of the truck (standard, train-truck, refrigerator etc) – it can carry different weight of the product. The minimum order by truck is 21 pallets of 96 sacks of 10 kg, which equals to 20,16 t netto. Thus, we require an information concerning the delivery address before preparing a load. 

There is an opportunity to combine this kind of solid biofuel with other types from the production according to your requests.

Road from Ivano-Frankisk: Enter the Chernivtsi oblast through the bridge in the city of Vizhnitsa, turn left and on the cross road – again left. Move along the main road to Chernivtsi, do not cross the railways, pass the gas station “ANP” and a hotel. Go 3 km along the main road to Chernivtsi and find a big board on your left “STROBILE” – follow the arrow to get to the warehouse.

The production of Highlander Wood Briquettes Pini Kay Hardwood takes place highly in the Carpathians Mountains, in the ecologically clean area of Bukovina. So, as raw materials for the production we use mainly hardwood, especially beech, which the region Bukovina is rich for. The timber, which we do not use in the production of furniture, arrives to the factory. Then we turn it into an alternative fuel.

Made of pure hardwood without any additives, Highlander Wood Briquettes Pini Kay Hardwood allows to reserve the highest calorific value per kg for wood alternative fuel. In the production cycle we refused to use any kind of additives. Highlander Wood Briquettes Pini Kay Hardwood consists purely of beech.

Highlander Wood Briquettes Pini Kay are made from FSC certified floristries raw materials. This allow to contribute to the sustainability of the planet’s ecosystem. We take care about sustainability and we use only the rests of timber, which  don’t go to any other production.
