STROBILE
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026.
Who we are
Strobile is a producer of granulated products from Ukraine and the controller of your personal data within the meaning of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). Address: 59206 Ukraine, Chernivtsi oblast, village Chornohuzy, Heroyiv Nebesnoyi Sotni 71b. Email: info@strobile.com, phone: +38 098 622 05 21.
What data we collect
When you submit an inquiry form, we receive your name, email address, phone number, company name and message — only the data you enter yourself. In addition, we receive emails sent to our corporate addresses info@strobile.com and jr@strobile.com.
Why we use your data and on what basis
Data from your form or email is used solely to answer your inquiry, prepare a price offer, agree on terms and arrange delivery. The legal basis is your request for a commercial offer and our legitimate interest in conducting business correspondence (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use your data for marketing mailings and do not sell it to third parties.
Who has access to your data
Only authorized Strobile staff who handle inquiries can access our correspondence. The service processors involved in running the site and email are Google Ireland Ltd. (website traffic analytics) and the email infrastructure provider that delivers notifications about your inquiries. They process data only on our instructions.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to measure traffic: which pages are opened, where visitors come from and from which countries. Data is processed in anonymized form and IP addresses are truncated. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — this will not affect your ability to send an inquiry.
Transfers outside the EU
Your data is stored in our corporate mailbox and in the services of the processors named above, whose servers may be located outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
How long we keep data
Emails with your inquiries are kept for as long as needed to conduct business correspondence and perform the supply contract, and for the periods required by accounting legislation for commercial documents. After that the data is deleted.
Data security
Access to corporate email is protected by passwords and two-factor authentication. Personal data is not published on the website and is not shared for advertising purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to confirmation of whether we process your data and to a copy of it; to have inaccuracies corrected; to have data erased (the "right to be forgotten"); to restrict or object to processing; and to receive your data in a machine-readable format. Simply write to info@strobile.com — we respond within 30 days.
Complaint to a supervisory authority
If you believe your rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or with the data protection authority in your country of residence (for EU customers).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy following changes to the website or legislation. The current version is always available on this page together with the date of the last update.
